The sales executive at betterhalf sells paid memberships over the phone to clients who are active on the platform. The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain to them the product & features and deliver value to the customers. We are looking for a Voice Process Executive. With good sales and tele-calling experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for making outbound calls and understanding the needs of the market.

2. Build a strong relationship / trust with our users.

3. Understand the customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade our plans.

4. She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.

5. Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.

6. Strictly adhere to the process requirements.

Qualification: UG/Graduate

Languages to be known: English, South Indian languages

Experience: Fresher / 6 months

Required skills:

Should have good communication with convincing skills
Should be an effective communicator
Should have a clear view of what the product and process is all about.

The Associate Category Manager at betterhalf.ai will reach out to the potential vendors for the concerned category. They are going to explain to vendors about betterhalf platform and how the partnership could help them to grow their business.

Your growth:

You’ll experience Series A, B in 9-12 months and become integrated as a senior leader for the category management
You’ll see a 100-people team becoming a 200-people and will grab the rarest opportunity to be in the room where the company’s decisions are planned with founders and marketing leaders.

Responsibilities:

The associate category manager will be the growth owner for the category, with end-to-end responsibility of scaling the category part for the category & identify/implement pockets of cost savings to grow the business sustainably. Specific responsibilities include-.

Design and manage a team to grow the business month on month with high revenue growth.
Ability to cross-sell and upsell to the existing user.
Maintain supply as per the demand for the category.
Creating fortnight payouts for the supply.
Manage existing supply on the platform and onboard new supply as per the requirement given by the company
Play a pivotal role in defining product roadmap for the category by influencing Product and tech leaders on product features, layout and planning
Own the category P&L- continuously explore opportunities for improvement by working with team members and leaders.
Data command and tools knowledge; Mixpanel, MS office.
Deep dive on weekly/monthly business reviews on revenue targets and improvement opportunities on the product, sales process and team management

Basic Qualification and Skills Required

Any graduate/MBA/Master’s degree
An understanding of and passion for the matchmaking industry.
Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and relationship management.
Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail.
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Proven analytical thinking, problem solving, project management skills and exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of work experience in category management and a successful growth rate of building a category from scratch.

6-8LPA + ESOPS
